Since the update I cant change the language in the launcher its always set to English? Any else have this problem and how can I fix? I using german language before now I cant change lol.

Hey there,
I was sent the link with the download, it works without any problems.
The download contains 4 files plus instructions.
In the e-mail it was written that I should go to add it to the old files, which I don't understand, which old files?
So if I start the Patcher with Fire Wall and Windows Protection Off it pops up for a second and then closes but nothing happens.
I have installed all the necessary programs beforehand as in the instructions.
If i use the Start.exe i get a Failure Code 9042 sometime my PC dies after this.
So can someone Help me ?
My PC runs with Windows 11 Home 64-bit operating system.
