Can someone Help me i only get 2 Files By downloading the Email files. Instructions and xxx two files are missing and if i launch the m2bob 2022 file there is this message.

Hi every1 ,  i just bought the m2bob and when i recived the mail with the link of download, it was supposed to be xxx files in, and mine just come with xxx, so i cant make the xxx works, i tried with many browser, pc.. and just xxx and instruccions, can i get some help with? thanks a lot.
