Banned on main

I got banned today on TG for using Bot, the ban reason ist Bot
What can I do now? I did a ticket now no reply yet
I hear that TigerGhost is very unsafe for Botting. Its true? What if they refuse my unban? I lost everything now? I tought the Bot is safe so why I am getting ban?

they either ignore you or say you stay banned

they replied that my account will stay banned..... i will try my luck next time on some private servers. maybe they wont ban me so fast like on official server
