i bought(amazon gift) bot a few days ago but i didnt receive any e-mail. i need help asap.

Had the same issue
Found out my mail was landing on their spam folder and IDK why it was filtered when I asked them on another mail lol
I have used an outlook to message them and my gmail didnt work, no clue why
Maybe it was flagged by spam?
So message them with another mail that is not a gmail
