Problem buying

So I had a problem I bought m2bob with Paypal, I got a mail from the M2Bob team saying that that her Paypal account was locked and they couldn’t send me the bot, to report a problem on Paypal with account compromised, Paypal just sensed me a mail saying that nothing was found suspicious on my account and now I just burned 20 euros and no bo,  I try to have an answer and email M2Bob (I try on discord but got banned after explaining the situation on discord). I will appreciate a response

I had the same problem 1 month ago, just refund the money and send them a psc or amazon card
I just send them a psc and 2 days later I received my key for 1 month (they said I would get 15 days extra but it was only 1 month lol)
Then I tried using the Bot on Emerald (a german server) from gf but guess what? After botting the next day I got banned
Kinda sad but if you bot theres always risk of get a ban haha
